Program Information

• You may place an order ONCE A MONTH

• Ruff Haven's Pet Pantry is meant to be a supplemental pet food option and not serve as the only supply of your family's pet food. Due to the large number of requests we receive we provide a set amount of pet food based on availability. 

• Orders can be picked up on the scheduled day of the month anytime between 7 am-7 pm.  2025 dates: January 2nd, February 6th, March 6th, April 3rd, May 1st, June 5th, July 3rd, August 7th, September 4th, October 2nd, November 6th, December 4th (7 AM-7 PM)

• Orders must be placed the night before the pantry to receive an order for that Thursday. We cannot accept late requests or walk-ins.

• Delivery orders need to be received by Tuesday evening at 11:59 PM

• We may not be able to fill special requests for certain types of food

• The majority of the donated food we receive is damaged bags and goods from big box stores they are unable to sell. They may have tape on them, have minor damage, or other signs of wear and tear
